Lansdowne Equity Ventures Ltd. is greatly concerned about
the privacy rights of visitors to its Web sites ("Site")
and the security of the visitors data. For this reason, we have
adopted this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use ("Statement")
for this Site. This is to ensure responsible use of the information
you share with Lansdowne (the term "Lansdowne" includes
Lansdowne Equity Ventures Ltd., Canadian Heritage Homes and all of
its affiliated and subsidiary companies). Lansdowne only provides the
Site and the products and services to residents and/or citizens of
Canada ("Canadians"). The Site is not intended to be used
by, to solicit business from, or to provide any information
concerning products to be sold to, any person located outside Canada.
Lansdowne may at any time revise this Statement by updating the Site.

Definitions

are any non-confidential and non-proprietary communications
information, except for Personal Data, that you transmit to the Site

Electronic Documents Information Act in Canada and any applicable
provincial legislation in the provinces Lansdowne conducts business.

of Information For most of our site, you can visit while
remaining anonymous and not providing Personal information. There may
be some cases, non-personal information may be collected, such as
your operating system, Browser type and version, internet protocol
address, domain name of your Internet service provider and/or the Web
site from which you linked to our Site.
Lansdowne's
Collection and Use of Personal information Personal
information about you (e.g., your name, address, telephone number,
and/or email address) will not be collected unless you provide it to
Lansdowne voluntarily. We use personal information in obtaining
e-mail addresses of visitors who respond to the Site's e-mail forms,
online forms, and application forms. Lansdowne also retains
information about the frequency of Site visits, length of time of the
visit, and other statistical usage information on which Site page
visitors access. Lansdowne will collect only personal information
that it requires and use it only for the purposes explained to you,
including those described in this Statement. Lansdowne will obtain
your consent if it intends to use personal information for any other

Lansdowne's use of
Cookies Like most sites on line, Lansdowne sends all Internet

Lansdowne's search
engine does not record Personal information When you perform
a search with Lansdowne's search engine, we do not record information
identifying you or linking you to the search performed. As necessary
to provide service, Lansdowne does record limited information for
every search request and uses that information only to solve
technical problems with the Site, to calculate usage statistics, and
to improve the structure and content of the Site.
Lansdowne's use of
Communications for requests Lansdowne will primarily use
Communications to respond to your request(s). Lansdowne may use

and promotional purposes, reproduction, disclosure, transmission,
publication, broadcast or posting, and for a statistical analysis of
users' behavior. Furthermore, Lansdowne retains the right to use

with Personal Data, Lansdowne will take commercially reasonable steps

disclosure of Personal information held by Lansdowne about you. In
order to obtain such information Lansdowne may have to charge you a
nominal amount to cover the costs of conducting the search and

to other persons, can be retrieved in a cost-effective manner, and is
